Brewing Instructions:

  1. Pour-Over: Use a medium grind. Add 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water. Pour hot water (just off the boil) in a slow, circular motion over the grounds. Brew time: 3-4 minutes.
  2. French Press: Use a coarse grind. Add 1 tablespoon of coffee per 4 ounces of water. Steep with hot water for 4 minutes, then press and pour.
  3. Espresso Machine: Use a fine grind. Use 18-20 grams of coffee for a double shot. Brew with water at 195-205°F for 25-30 seconds.
