Brewing Instructions:

  1. Pour-Over Method:

    • Use a ratio of 1:16 coffee to water (e.g., 30g coffee to 480ml water).
    • Heat water to 92-96°C (197-205°F).
    • Rinse the filter with hot water, discard the rinse water.
    • Add coffee grounds to the filter, pour water in a slow, circular motion, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
    • Continue pouring water until you reach the desired amount.
    • Enjoy the bright and complex flavors of Ethiopian coffee.
  2. French Press Method:

    • Use a ratio of 1:15 coffee to water (e.g., 30g coffee to 450ml water).
    • Heat water to 92-96°C (197-205°F).
    • Add coffee grounds to the French press, pour hot water, and stir gently.
    • Let it steep for 4 minutes, then press the plunger down slowly.
    • Pour and savor the rich, fruity notes of Ethiopian coffee.
