Brewing Instructions:

Pour-Over Method:
- Use a ratio of 1:16 coffee to water (e.g., 30g coffee to 480ml water).
- Heat water to 92-96°C (197-205°F).
- Rinse the filter with hot water, discard the rinse water.
- Add coffee grounds to the filter, pour water in a slow, circular motion, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring water until you reach the desired amount.
- Enjoy the bright and complex flavors of Ethiopian coffee.

French Press Method:
- Use a ratio of 1:15 coffee to water (e.g., 30g coffee to 450ml water).
- Heat water to 92-96°C (197-205°F).
- Add coffee grounds to the French press, pour hot water, and stir gently.
- Let it steep for 4 minutes, then press the plunger down slowly.
